We were lucky enough to photograph at one of the venues where we are a preferred photographer, The Kings Arms in Amersham. Maggie and Martin were married at Kings Chapel, near to The Kings Arms, recently and we had the absolute pleasure of capturing their wedding day.
The Kings Arms Hotel Amersham is a 34 bedroom Inn dating from the 1400’s and has been refurbished to offer all modern amenities whilst maintaining the historical character of the building. As the website states, Kings Chapel features a breath-taking dining room for up to 110 seated guests and 200 for a Cocktail Reception, as well as a large adjoining function room, comfy lounge bar and intimate walled garden, Kings Chapel provides you with an infinitely light and utterly unique blank-canvas to create the perfect venue. You and your guests are sure to be wow-ed by its historic charm -the grand pulpit, incredible domed ceiling with crowning cupola, elegant mezzanine gallery and large arched windows overlooking the sweeping countryside beyond!
A fabulous space that is suited to weddings perfectly, this venue provides a blank canvas for you to add special touches to for your special day. Maggie and Martin added cute touches to Kings Chapel, adding pink and berry coloured florals to the décor and a whole lot of whimsical loveliness and LOVE injected around the space. Navy Blue bridesmaid’s dresses complemented the floral and pink tones perfectly and made the colours really pop in the photos. A wonderfully happy couple, their love shone throughout the day and was captured beautifully in the wedding photography.
